We are looking for a talented Reservation Specialist to join our team! As a Reservation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling all inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your main goal will be to convert leads into bookings or sales, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about daycare, boarding, grooming, and puppy preschool services.
- Convert leads into bookings by explaining the benefits of Gus’s Pet Resort services and addressing client concerns.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients to encourage bookings and close sales.
- Accurately record client information and service bookings in the company’s lead managementand reservation system.
- Work closely with the on-site team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Provide the team with accurate notes about client preferences, special instructions, or pet details.
- Meet or exceed sales and booking targets set by management.
- Communicate the unique selling points of services like enrichment activities, social play, and 1:1 training sessions.
