  2. Booking and issuing tickets
  3. Customer service skills
  4. Make changes to existing reservations
  5. Selling and promoting reservation services
  6. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing their travel arrangements
  7. At least 2 yrs minimum experience in Ticketing industry
