Reservation Vacation Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a talented Reservation Vacation Sales Specialist to join our Vacation Home Reservations team. This team member will be trusted with creating a positive guest experience throughout each guest’s booking process. We are searching for a closer with great customer service skills to join our winning team. As vacation rentals become more popular in a post-pandemic world, the opportunities continue to advance in our industry.Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly (base + commissions)Responsibilities:

• Delighting potential guests with knowledge of our vacation homes in the Kissimmee area
• Answer incoming sales calls from prospective guests interested in renting our vacation homes
• Follow up with outbound calls and emails to all sales leads to close rental agreements
• Provide excellent hospitality and guest service to each prospect
• Closing as many sales as possible
• Working in several different software systems at once
• Working in a quick-paced environment
• Making vacation dreams come true
• Answering calls from in-house guests as needed
• Be available to answer questions from guests before arrival
• Follow-up is a must
• Good attention to detail

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of phone sales experience inbound and outbound
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• High energy and enthusiasm for working in a team environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings up to 7 pm
• Experienced with reservations software
• Multi-tasker a huge benefit
• Good customer relations skills
• VRBO and Airbnb knowledge is a big plus
• B2B and B2C dealings
• Detail-oriented
• Must be good at follow-up
• A good Closer
