SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- 1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role
- 1 - 2 yrs exp Guest Reservations Administrator, Guest Services Administration or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration)
- High attention to detail
- Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
- All front office reception duties – meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
- Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 1 Permanent Administration role at our Mine Site where Clarke Creek is the Point of Hire, Qld.
Roster: Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF | 8am - 630pm & 9am - 730pm
WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:
- Responsible for site related administration paper work, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames
- Manning the front reception area for visitors arrival
- Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
- Answering and directing telephone enquiries
- Incoming and Outgoing mail
- General Office Duties
- Assist the broader team as required
