Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cripps and Co as Reservations and Revenue Manager, working to deliver an effective and comprehensive rate strategy and exemplary customer service and booking conversion for our growing accommodation business.
Working across our small portfolio of ‘Pub with Rooms’ style hotels and self-catering holiday lets in the Cotswolds and Northumberland, you will manage the rate and distribution strategy, assist customers with booking enquiries and queries, deliver Reservations training and leadership, and support the growth of the business by generating and converting bookings.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and maintaining the rate strategy and distribution channels
- Completing regular reporting and data analysis including budgeting, PACE and forecasting
- Managing the customer journey and being the primary point of contact for the Reservations department
- Leading and supervising the Reservations department
- Operational management for 2 of our self-catering properties, including linen ordering and management, and housekeeper scheduling
You will need a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of revenue management, drive to succeed, strong attention to detail, and an excellent telephone and email manner.
Knowledge of the Cotswolds hotel market, and experience with Eviivo PMS and OTAs including Booking.com and Airbnb is advantageous but not essential.
MS Office experience required.
The role is based at our head office near Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
Hybrid working may be considered. Some travel to our Gloucestershire venues will be required on a regular basis, all located within approx. 9 miles of Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
