We are now looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our reservation team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role..
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while handling reservations, itinerary- and guest details.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple reservations and inquiries efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns and find suitable solutions.
- Team Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle varying guest demands and changing situations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Reservations: Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure accurate room assignments and smooth guest check-ins.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
- Optimize Room Utilization: Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy levels to maximize revenue.
- Handle Guest Issues: Address guest concerns and complaints effectively, providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Promote additional services and upgrades to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
- Support Group Reservation: Coordinate reservations for group bookings, ensuring all requirements are met.
