Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Deputy and General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, providing strategic direction and guidance to your team.
  • Handle all incoming reservation inquiries with finesse, ensuring that each guest’s needs and preferences are understood and met with enthusiasm.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with colleagues, travel agents, and guests, embodying our commitment to delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
  • Take charge of the financial aspects of the reservations department, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing revenue opportunities.Uphold the renowned Firmdale standards of excellence, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every aspect of the reservations process.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating confidence and finesse in finding satisfactory solutions.
