We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Reservations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue, ensure a seamless guest experience, and provide leadership to our dedicated Reservations team.
Job Description
Your expertise will be vital in preparing occupancy and revenue forecasts, optimizing room availability, and training and supporting the team. You will manage promotional specials, maintain strong product knowledge of the hotel and local area, and actively promote upselling.
Additionally, you will oversee group and conference reservations, coordinating with event organizers to manage room blocks and ensure smooth operations. You will attend weekly yield meetings to review occupancy periods, events, and opportunities. Fostering clear departmental communication and maintaining a culture of excellence will be crucial to your role. Join us to make a significant impact and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a reservations or hotel management role is preferred
- Qualifications in Hospitality/Tourism Management or Commercial fields are preferred
- Strong computer skills, with experience in Opera Cloud being highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
