Responsibilities:
ROLE
We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to join our leadership team as Head of Department at Rosewood London. The Reservations Manager is entrusted with overseeing all aspects of the reservations department and reports to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management.
KEY EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE
- Taking a leadership role in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
- Managing cost and revenue to maximise profits without impact on brand, or quality standards.
- Showing a sound understanding of the London hotel market to retain and increase the hotel’s RevPAR performance among its competitors.
- Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.
