Responsibilities:
- Be a Registered Nurse with APRHA registration.
- Have relevant business qualifications (or working towards them).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997 and its principles.
- A strong track record in engaging, recognising and rewarding your team.
- A passion for aged care, coupled with adaptability to the sector’s evolving demands.
This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager – VIC and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and the broader community.
