Description:

EDUCATION:

  • Registered as a full-time student with a minimum GPA of 5.0 at the time of application and maintained for the duration of employment.
  • Successful completion of Emergency First AID and CPR B Certification (prior to or upon hire).

EXPERIENCE:

Previous work experience in customer service, administrative support, or student residence/affairs is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Residence Life and the Residence Life Coordinator, the Residence Services Assistant Lead is responsible for residence access control, guest sign-in, equipment rentals, supporting community safety strategies in the residence, and leading the Residence Services Assistants.
