  • 30.75 hours per 2 week pay period working the following schedule, Week 1: Monday 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Wednesday 6:00AM - 9:45 AM, Friday 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Week 2: Monday 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Wednesday 6:00 AM - 9:45 AM, Thursday 6:00 AM - 9:45 AM
  • 16 hours per 2 week pay period; Every other Friday and Saturday night; 10:15 PM-6:15 AM
  • Casual Call: Build your own schedule

Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the 48 residents in our Assisted Living residence at our Cass Street location.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with medication management, personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
  • Food services to include setting up dining space, meal delivery coordination and, receiving and delivering orders, kitchen cleanup and food preparation
  • Other responsibilities could include light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks

What You’ll Need

  • No experience necessary! We will train you!
  • Previous direct care experience beneficial

Our Wages

  • New Starting Wages! Between $18.00 and $21.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • We’ll review your wages at 6 months - we pay more for high performance!
  • We also offer a $3.00 per hour NOC shift differential and a Weekend Differential, as well as on-call and pick-up incentives

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay

  • Previous direct care experience
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience
  • All 4 CBRF Certification complete prior to hire
