Job Description

As Robotics Resident Service Technician you will be responsible for all service activities for a large installation at one of our clients located in Deinze.

• You perform all the necessary tests, repairs, and maintenance of the technical installations on-site.
• You will provide training to the end users on-site.
• You are the on-site point of contact for our client.
• You are responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing.
• As part of the helpdesk team you provide telephone support to end users and integrators in a limited 24/7 time schedule in a rotating schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a technical degree or equivalent through experience.
• Affinity with software is recommended.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Computer skills: MS Office and Teams.
• You live in the region of Deinze and surrounding areas.
