The Opportunity:
The Resident Support Aide is responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner. As a member of the nursing team, they support and encourage the residents to build self-esteem, promote independence and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity. What You Will Need:

• Love, respect, and a passion for people!
• A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience, Seniors and your desire to learn.
• Previous work experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Grade 12 (or equivalent) is preferred.
