Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer in construction projects, with a focus on building services and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of airfield lighting systems, airfield control rooms, server rooms, battery/genset rooms, M&E equipment, switch rooms, fire protection systems, and CCTV/security systems.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations, as well as industry best practices, throughout all construction and installation activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, including budget and schedule updates, and report findings to management.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the projects.
