Resident Technical Officer - M&E

Responsibilities

• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
• To maintain proper and update daily records.
• Preferably with work experience in Airport, transportation terminals, commercial complexes or hospitals.
• Preferably with work experience supervising airfield lighting works or M&E works in Airport.
• To prepare, monitor progress of rectification works.
• To check shop drawings, as-built drawings and operation & maintenance manual.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of relevant experience as a RTO.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing.
• Must be willing to do shift work.
• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course ( BCSSC) certificate.
• To assist in enforcing the Airport Operational and Safety Requirements and ensure the works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
• Strong knowledge of M&E shop drawings and construction works on site.
