Loreto ES Supportive Housing provides housing and support services to those who are seriously and persistently mentally ill such as counseling, case management, substance abuse rehabilitation, wellness, socialization, community integration and crisis management. Loreto II Preservation Supportive Housing / Loretto Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or a related health/human services field required.
• Excellent clinical skills with at least two years relevant mental health, substance abuse or human service experience.
• Bi-Lingual Chinese/Korean/Spanish/English Preferred.
• Regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand, & sit and lift up 10 lbs.
• Able to travel throughout the five boroughs as needed.
