We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with expertise, coaching experience or a specialist interest in any of the following areas:
- Sports – Football, tennis, cricket, archery, volleyball, badminton, basketball and hockey
- Art and design
- Cookery
- Photography and film making
- Performing arts – dance, drama and music

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about working with young people? Are you a natural leader, with a flair for creating fun and engaging events? Do you thrive in a team environment? If this sounds like you, we’d love you to join our talented team of Activity Leaders, working on our UK based residential young learner courses this Autumn. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to plan, prepare and deliver a diverse range of activity to learners aged 7-17.
As an Activity Leader, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in performing arts, sports, arts and crafts and large group games and events.
- Encourage active participation, engagement and inclusivity in your sessions.
- Ensure student attendance and positive behaviour.
- Lead and supervise study tours, creating a safe and enjoyable offsite learning experience.
- Assist with pastoral duties, such as house meetings and supervising mealtimes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
