  • Finding the best way forward for our residents and people.
  • Running a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety.
  • Keeping the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met.
  • Inspiring your team to perform and grow.
  • Building our ties with the community to everyone’s benefit.

You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
  • Spent at least five years in a management role
  • A background in aged or medical care
  • Worked with a number of different systems
