- Keeping the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met.
- Inspiring your team to perform and grow.
- Building our ties with the community to everyone’s benefit.
You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Spent at least five years in a management role
- A background in aged or medical care
- Worked with a number of different systems
