As the Residential Area Manager for QLD, you will be responsible for all things operations and management! Our 3 facilities under your supervision, are located in Oakey, Millmerran and just a little way across the border to Guyra in NSW. Our 2 QLD facilities comprise of CWA House (Oakey), being a 40-bed facility and Yallambee (Millmerran) housing 60 beds respectively. Our Guyra facility has a 32-bed capacity. Utilising your clinical leadership skills, your top priority will be ensuring ongoing quality care is delivered to all of our residents, at all times. Your success will be measured on our facilities delivering only the best, high quality care to the Aged Care Standards. As the Residential Area Manager, you will integrate your clinical expertise and extensive understanding of sector standards with empowering your Facility Managers to achieve excellence in their day-to-day operations. You know what it takes to run a well-oiled machine and are not afraid to step in and lead your team to success!
