Description:

In this vital role, you will oversee the development of residential projects, ensuring that they align with our vision of a vibrant and sustainable community.
Your responsibilities will include project management, strategic planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver residential developments that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in residential development, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development process for residential projects from concept through to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research to inform development strategy and project decisions.
  • Monitor the performance of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes throughout the development process.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with residential developments.
  • Foster strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders.
  • Champion sustainable development practices in all residential projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff within the development team.
