THE ROLE
Crown Sydney is looking for exceptional talent to join our Residential Concierge team. Crown Sydney is home to a number of apartment owners and occupiers within the ultra-prestigious, Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, and as a full-time Residential Concierge you’ll be responsible for providing elevated and personalised customer service experiences, ensuring any and all requirements are fulfilled.
This is a busy and dynamic role which will see you providing assistance to our guests for restaurant and amenity bookings, information on apartment features, facilitating access to residential services, as well as maintenance programs. You’ll also work closely with the Hotel Concierge team to support with hotel work overflows, as well as facilitating Crown’s Sky Deck tours to the general public.
SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INVOLVE:
- Work collaboratively to deliver smooth and effective daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk
- Providing services on behalf of residents such as access, facilities, bookings and reservations
- Providing accurate and timely information and advice to all guests and residents
- Supporting the Hotel Concierge team with overflow, including reservations, tours and local knowledge
- Following SOPs and systems appropriately with regard to special requests and account payments
- Ensuring all room requirements are met and that guest arrivals/check ins are not delayed
- Ensuring data entry/admin and history records are managed accurately in MYBOS and Opera
- Liaising with other departments across the hotel such as Housekeeping, Bell, Hotel Duty Managers, and Villas to ensure successful delivery of daily operational requirements
- Completing daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escorting to the deck and giving insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of Sydney
