Residential Conveyancer – Gloucester Road/Kingswood/Bedminster
We are recruiting an experienced Conveyancer to join us on a full-time basis. The role is based at our office on Gloucester Road, although we may be able to offer the role at our Kingswood or Bedminster offices if preferred.
You will be dealing with a range of residential property transactions (including sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages) and will be well supported by our Paralegal and Legal Secretary. We focus on high-quality service over quantity of transactions and do not have a ‘high volume’ business model.
Our team has established connections with local estate agents, and we are therefore looking for someone who is engaged and confident with networking and other marketing/business development activities.
The wider Residential Conveyancing team is among the biggest in Bristol spanning four of our five offices. Our department is highly regarded, and we frequently receive excellent reviews on Google and Review Solicitors.
