Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a fast-growing and well-established firm providing services varying from commercial law, conveyancing, divorce and family to dispute resolution. They are seeking to hire a residential conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal, licenced conveyancer or legal executive to fulfil this brand-new position at the firm with the CQS accredited residential property team. This position is not appropriate for a partner level candidate or a solicitor. Junior or non-legally qualified candidates are welcome to apply.

• Work effectively alongside specialist onboarding and post completion teams
• Take on an average of 25 new files per month
• Provide high-quality conveyancing work and reflect the hard-working nature of the company
  This role has availability for remote, although the team is comprised of a mix of those working remotely, hybrid and onsite at their main office in Wiltshire. Therefore, candidates interested in a remote position who have previous experience in remote work and working unsupervised are strongly encouraged to apply.
  Salary expectations: Up to £45,000
