The role is based in our Bicester office, on a full-time basis (37.5hrs).
We are a business with an enviable mix of clients ranging from private individuals to nationally renowned and international businesses. Only an hour from London and even closer to the hubs of Oxford, Northampton, Leamington Spa, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and Cheltenham.

Responsibilities:

· Work as part of an effective and efficient team, covering others where necessary
· Dealing with transactions from initial instruction to completion
· Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are fulfilled.
· Extensive liaison – pro-actively and professionally communicate with clients in a professional manner, external partners, internal clients both via telephone and by email.
· Referring to Senior colleagues - relaying messages and providing assistance where possible
Person Specification -
· Flexible approach to supporting other Fee Earners
· Highly organised, excellent time management skills.
· Demonstrates a pro-active approach to client service
· Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines/timescales
· Experienced in checking and reporting on title to client
· Demonstrates excellent communication skills
· Demonstrates experience of putting the client at the heart of everything they do
· Evidence balancing client and business needs
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to the role
· Accuracy and attention to detail skills essential
· Excellent problem solving and research skills
· Excellent literacy and I.T skills, including experience of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
