RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR – EDINBURGH

My client, a Legal 500 award-winning law firm is well-regarded for its residential conveyancing work across Scotland. This opportunity is based in Edinburgh, where the Residential Property team is seeking a Solicitor/Associate due to organic growth.
You will be handling your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. This will include (but is not limited to) receiving, advising & noting instructions, preparing & adjusting drafts/title deeds, carrying out registrations and coordinating the settlements of sales.
You will have Residential Conveyancing experience and bring a positive “can-do” attitude.
You will be confident in building strong relationships and providing a high-end professional service to clients.
