JOB DESCRIPTION:

At TP Legal Ltd we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced residential conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. We are a forward-thinking firm that embraces modern technology to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 8-10 years PQE in residential conveyancing. We are looking for someone to join the team and work 3-5 days per week, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Woking.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing residential property law.
• Proficient in using modern technology and conveyancing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely whilst maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing work demands.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters remotely.
