Description:
Salary ranges from $58,500 - $62,500 annually depending on Experience and Qualifications.
New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus
POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide coaching and supervision to Direct Support Professionals within the program. Will follow a person centered approach which promotes individuals receiving services with choices, respect, and independence while providing protective oversight. Demonstrate compliance with all Springbrook policies and State regulations to ensure safe and smooth operation.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must have one-year minimum supervisory experience.
- Must complete Springbrook Manager Training Program.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and email applications, especially Microsoft Excel, outlook, and Word; have the aptitude to learn other computer software as necessary.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and assist in lifting weights exceeding 50lbs.
- Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
- Be able to perform all physical interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates good role model behavior while working with individuals in behavioral, medical, educational, and social situations.
- Hire, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
- Author, Supervise, and assist with the implementation of all service plans.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, monthly employee meetings, annual reviews, and employee performance reports.
- Ongoing communication and collaboration with family members, advocates, legal guardians, and other treatment team members.
- Scheduling, maintaining staff coverage, managing time off requests and submitting approved staff time sheets electronically.
- Follow all 633/624/625 regulations, Incident Reporting, investigation process, IRMA entry, follow up and completion of recommendations as needed.
- Coordinating and recording fire drills and accompanying fire alarm inspections and training.
- Maintaining houses records as related to: visitation, appointments, progress and medical notes, goal data, behavior data and finances/budget.
- Participate in a department wide on call schedule providing coverage and oversight.
- Complete the residence safety inspection as required by program and inform maintenance of any needed repairs.
- All other duties assigned.
