The role:
We now have a vacancy for an experienced Residential Paralegal to work within our Residential Property Group.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to provide a quality service to clients of the firm in all aspects of conveyancing, including both purchases and sales. You will be responsible for all aspects of a transaction including ordering searches, property enquiry certificates, preparing registration forms, examining and noting titles etc.
You will be required to generate satisfactory levels of fee income in accordance with budget, time targets and regulatory controls and systems of the firm.
This role is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
The candidate:
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Residential Paralegal, who has excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise their own workload. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and have the ability to build professional relationships with clients.
