Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Residential Program Administrative Specialist you will provide administrative assistance to the Residential and Supportive Apartments programs at RTI. The Supportive Apartments and Residential programs serve individuals with a mental health diagnosis. You will work closely with the directors and managers of those programs to provide daily assistance with a variety of coordinating and monitoring tasks and other assigned duties within the scope of the programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office products.
- Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task well.
- Must possess strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- A valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record.
- Have access to a working vehicle with valid auto insurance for yourself and the vehicle.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. or more.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA in Business Management or related field
- One year of administrative experience. Experience with Excel formulas, HRIS, or Therap.
- One year of experience with residential based supportive programs
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling management and coordination.
- Referral Tracking and Follow-Up.
- Medication administration monitoring.
- Program scheduling and coordination.
- Compliance timeline tracking.
- Tracking of employee productivity.
- Delivery of supplies.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with other assigned tasks as needed.
