As the Residential Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:

• The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)
• Working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports

Residential Program Manager Minimum Salary: $23.50/hour
Residential Program Manager Maximum Salary: $23.50/hour
Residential Program Manager Schedule: Full-time
Weekend and on-call availability needed*
