A highly reputable law firm within the Swindon area are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner for their fast growing team.
The successful candidate will have experience working on a variety of conveyancing matters, managing caseload from start to finish.
Ideally, you will have over2 years PQE experience managing a conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold property transactions.
However, all levels are welcome to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a caseload from inception to completion.
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms in property transactions.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to residential property conveyancing.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property laws and regulations.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Upskill and mentor junior fee earners when required.
