Our growing team is seeking a Residential Property Manager who values communication and provides professional property management services to protect our investor’s assets while addressing any tenant concerns.
If you have been in Real Estate or thought about a position in Real Estate, this is one you will want to explore. As the rental market continues to grow Property Management is a growing industry with lots of opportunity for growth if desired.
As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM, respond to inbound leads, meet with qualified leads to educate them on our available residential properties and convert them into perfect-fit tenants. You’ll also be responsible for performing move-ins/move-outs, responding to tenant inquires and maintaining regular communication with our investors to ensure their peace of mind.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in residential property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. You should also be a great listener, a clear communicator on the phone, by email, and in person, and consistently perform at a high level.

This is a full-time position and will require licencing (we are willing to assist with this process) as well as your own vehicle.
Base Salary : $50,000 - $70,000 plus the possibility of commission and bonuses.
