Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Residential Sales Admin and Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the sales team and overseeing the generation and management of sales leads. Additionally, this role is responsible for conducting KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory checks on potential buyers for UAE-based projects. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and plays a key role in facilitating the sales process, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, residential sales management, or hospitality.
- Solid understanding of the UAE real estate regulatory environment, especially related to AML/KYC compliance.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, real estate, compliance, or a related field.
- AML/KYC certifications are preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software, client check tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking with an ability to analyse and adjust to market dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
