WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You’ll ideally have at least 1 year experience in a technology or utilities sector. You will have experience working alongside customers and be confident in continually building relationships. We are looking for a superstar with managing phone and email enquiries and being an effective communicator. If you have experience working with Hubspot or any other CRM then that is a bonus however this is not essential.
Responsibilities:
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We are delighted to be introducing a new role to our team. We are looking for Residential Sales Support on a full time and permanent basis. This role will be based in central Wellington.
This role is an important position which will focus on supporting new residential customers and manage existing, all with the aim of making a significant contribution to current and future sales and revenue targets. You will be responsible for supporting all residential products and managing their deployment and installation process. This includes following up leads; providing recommendations to customers and working with our installation partners to arrange installation. You will support the Sales team with the writing of proposals and the Fulfilment team to ensure the timely dispatch and installation of customer orders.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Manage ad hoc sales enquiries and residential customer service.
- Share industry knowledge with residential customers.
- Liaise with the Thundergrid help desk to raise/resolve customer queries, concerns as they are raised.
- Maintain customer information, such as relevant sales history, quote status, and sales projections on a CRM
- Follow up with customers on quotes and leads; implement follow up actions
- Work with customers to ascertain satisfaction levels and future opportunities
- Assist in creating and refining standard operations procedures and process improvements
- Create enduring customer satisfaction both at time of sale and post installation.
