Description:

SALARY: UP TO £24,500 PER ANNUM (PRO-RATA AND DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)

Location: High Wycombe, Bucks
Contract/Hours: Permanent – Part Time – 24 hours a week.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

The Vines is situated in High Wycombe, just minutes off the M40, 20 minutes off the M25 and well served by the local public transport network. In this warm and welcoming house, we provide residential short breaks that support children and young people with learning disabilities aged 11 to 19 who have complex behavioural needs.
We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our fun and supportive team, who can bring their experience, can-do attitude, and passion with them and help maintain the high standards already set by our wonderful team! Working hours are on a shift basis and you’ll know your rota a month in advance.

Our Residential Support Workers create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to grow and develop. You will ensure their wellbeing is prioritised by delivering personalised care, guidance, and advocacy. It is key that they stay safe and healthy and can reach their full potential.
