Our Residential Support Worker guides a dedicated team through shifts with expertise and empathy. Their proactive approach to risk manage and safeguard our young people’s wellbeing allowing us to deliver the highest quality of care. With a commitment to continuous improvement, they’ll ensure the wellbeing of our children and young people is prioritised by delivering personalised care, guidance, and advocacy.

Our Residential Support Workers create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people to grow and develop, ensuring their wellbeing is prioritised by delivering personalised care, guidance and advocacy that is consistent with regulatory requirements and the agreed policies and procedures.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL ALSO:
- Provide lead case/care planning management, including assessing, reviewing and managing risk.
- Co-ordinating responsibilities within the service, with multi agency and producing family information, including analysis and written reports.
- Attendance at professional meetings including reviews, court work etc.
- Lead shifts with the primary aim of the provision of a high-quality service.
- Supervise and guide staff as required, in accordance with Action for Children policies and procedures.
- Lead by example with the application of Action for Children’s policy procedures and professional practice standards and in line with registration requirements
