Description:

In this role, you will welcome and onboard new hires, ensuring all requirements are tracked and completed. You’ll coordinate regular touchpoints with Care Supervisors (30, 60, 90-day, and annual performance assessments) and maintain accurate staff availability records. You will monitor attendance, track employee statuses, handle AWOL cases, and generate reports on attendance and staff utilization for leadership. Additionally, you’ll manage system actions in UKG, create COS tickets, and support return-to-work meetings. You’ll ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, assist with policy development, investigate complaints, manage disability reporting, and provide administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
