Our Resource Coordinators work within our Operations team to support the smooth resourcing of artists and scheduling of projects. By being proactive, forward thinking and with excellent attention to detail you will help to ensure Untold Studios delivers truly excellent creative projects. You are committed to the organisation of our internal teams and the nurturing of our artist relationships.
Through diligently supporting the Operations team in a variety of ways the role will help the successful functioning of the wider studio. Working closely with the team and artists you will be able to learn and absorb the fundamental skills required to progress within the Operations team.
We are committed to supporting your ongoing development. We will work closely with you to establish a personal progression plan. You are never on your own.

As a Resource Coordinator at Untold Studios your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager and Operations team in the day-to-day scheduling of artists.
  • Assisting the Operations team’s management of artists by chasing pencils/details required for bookings.
  • Effective management of CETA to ensure bookings, costs and absence are accurate.
  • Displaying a good understanding between the different VFX departments and the software/kit they use, ensuring artists have everything they need.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding freelancers.
  • Ensure that daily freelancer timesheets are managed efficiently.
  • Keep track of licence usage and raise awareness if we require more.
  • Developing strong relationships with artists, producers and the wider Untold team.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
  • Working with the Head of Talent to manage your workload as required.
  • Exploring opportunities to further your skills.
