We’re seeking a Resource Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for staffing and resource planning for specific areas, ensuring a seamless match between talent capabilities and project needs of moderate scope.

Responsibilities:
- Apply the Epicor deployment methodology while having functional, technical and industry specific knowledge to take an organized, strategic approach to fill roles, with an eye for practice development and resource optimization.
- Schedule and coordinate professional services consultants for Epicor client engagements within assigned area of responsibility, maintaining resource management cadences and timely commitment of services.
- Effectively and efficiently coordinate consultant schedules by gaining a knowledge of the Epicor applications and related technologies. Includes learning the Epicor supported PSA systems, as well as a detailed understanding of the professional services engagement principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Continually monitoring resource availability (or bench) and actively filling/marketing availability.
- Responsible for third party resource scheduling and adherence to procedural policies.
- Identify consultant scarce skill needs and bring awareness forward; increase utilization.
- Identify risk areas i.e. supply/demand, over/understaffed, shortage of a specific skill and review with manager.
- Contribute and implement ideas and action plans to improve the RMO planning and scheduling processes.
- Collaborate with Epicor partner community to staff partner resources as necessary.
