CONNECT TO YOUR SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Confident and skilled verbal and written communicator - ability to cultivate trusted advisor working relationships with practitioners, business unit team members and the wider resource management function
  • Experience in developing Management Information and strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to plan and prioritise resourcing requirements - and to multitask, managing a significant workload under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • A track record of interacting effectively with empathy, impact and discretion, cultivating trusted advisor working relationships with Business Unit leadership, practitioners and team members

This role will be based in one of our regional offices, with opportunity for travel within the North & Scotland office bases.
