QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong understanding of resource management.
  • Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot PowerApps, PowerBI, and Excel applications and/or reports.
  • Preferable know-how in handling Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Driven by results and success with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible and able to work dynamically.
  • Confident, self-aware, and capable of demonstrating high integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Our Enabling Functions span HR, Legal, IT and beyond. In every role you’ll play a major part in driving the growth of our business by bringing your expertise, strategic vision, commercial focus and operational excellence.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To provide critical data analytics and analysis. To develop customized dashboards and leverages data to drive informed decision-making across the organization. To commit to excellence and innovation in resource management and data management. To support the Strategic Workforce Planning vision of resource agility – bringing the benefit for our clients, our business, and our people.

  • Support UK SWP Resource Planners with accurate and timely data analysis and insights.
  • Regularly perform a weekly reconciliation of current open job requisitions between Oracle Analytics data and the Resource Planning Toolkit (RPT).
  • Coordinate and schedule induction sessions for new starters in collaboration with the respective resource planners, providing an introduction to the UK SWP and the broader business operations.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking and analysis of resource allocations and deployments.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards from scratch to visualize key performance indicators and other relevant metrics.
  • Conduct thorough data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve resource planning and allocation.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and resource management.
  • Adapt to the specific needs and working culture of the UK team, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Take new initiatives to drive business and process improvements within UK SWP.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from UK SWP Resource Planners promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders across business line
  • Work closely with peers within the Workforce Analytics team and the UK SWP to ensure seemless and joined up end to end service to the business
  • Constantly assess, innovate and improve what the wider UK business needs in terms of data analysis, visualization and interpretation.
  • Take initiatives for business and process improvements.
  • Undertake project support as required by the UK SWP and/or the Workforce Analytics team.
