This role will provide strategic, operational, and HR support across multiple locations, helping to attract top talent and foster a positive work environment.Role Overview
The Resource Partner will play a key role in the recruitment process, partnering with restaurant managers and leaders to identify staffing needs, provide operational support, and ensure a streamlined, cost-effective approach to talent acquisition. You will report directly to the Group Resourcing Manager and be responsible for implementing and delivering recruitment strategies, resource planning, and driving a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with restaurant managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, operational challenges, and areas for improvement. Provide specialist advice throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative and cost-effective recruitment solutions to hire the best talent. Ensure an exceptional candidate and manager experience.
- Strategic Resourcing: Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies to meet staffing requirements. Screen, interview, and deliver high-quality candidates for permanent roles.
- Process Improvement: Work with the People Team to enhance recruitment standards and processes, ensuring alignment with company values and a top-tier candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the hiring community. Coach and advise on best practices, including promoting EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) throughout recruitment.
- Attraction & Employer Branding: Optimise recruitment channels and employer branding activities. Monitor and report on recruitment performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Onboarding & Retention: Support the onboarding process and work with restaurant leaders to ensure employee engagement, positive team culture, and retention.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the group.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an in-house recruitment role (Resourcing/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Partner).
- Ideally, experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, with a track record of building effective internal and external relationships.
- Experience in resource planning and implementing a variety of attraction and selection methodologies.
- Excellent communication, time management, and influencing skills.
