DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Administrator to play a vital role in providing administrative support and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE.

  • Assigning live vacancies to the correct regions and recruiter.
  • Upload and manage global vacancies on our internal system.
  • Managing all recruitment admin processes effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Managing our internal recruitment systems and co-ordination of users – providing first line support and system expertise for the Resourcing Team.
  • Maintaining the shared mail inbox daily and responding to all requests within 24 hours.
  • Taking and managing all incoming calls into the resourcing centre, liaising with candidates, Hiring Managers & stakeholders.
  • Manage all PO requests, deliveries and IT orders.
  • Manage and monitor team Audits ensuring detail is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Managing recruitment reports via our internal system and working across a number of excel trackers
  • Generate psychometric reports using DHL’s preferred supplier as directed by the RM’s.
  • Support with any reasonable ad-hoc requests from senior management and the wider team
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, customers and external suppliers.
  • Business Partner with our regional teams to help maximize overall effectiveness and strengthen relationships within the team

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Excellent organisational skills. The ability to prioritise, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy essential to manage workloads and respond to deadlines in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of excel and able to work on multiple trackers across the admin function
  • Tenacious with a can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across the business.
  • Experience of admin within a recruitment and selection environment (Desirable)
