Overview of the role
Provides specialist recruitment solutions which deliver effective workforce planning aligned to Pharmacist recruitment. Proactively leading and delivering attraction and resourcing tactics/strategies which meet the recruitment and selection needs of Well Pharmacy ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager journeys from talent scoping to onboarding which reflect our employer brand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Aligned to the strategic workforce plan, lead on further development of effective workforce planning for the Pharmacist recruitment programme through collaboration with key stakeholders, understanding market insights so that the right people are recruited at the right time with the right skills, knowledge, behaviours and values.
  • Lead recruitment to meet hiring SLA’s
  • Partner with your business area as the SME in Resourcing & Talent practices, providing updates on performance against operational and recruitment metrics, market trends and insights.
  • Support, guide and upskill key stakeholders and hiring managers to engage with and deliver the recruitment objectives & selection processes in a consistent manner ensuring positive employer brand representation throughout the candidate and recruitment journey.
  • Utilising internal and external market insights to influence recruitment decisions, reward propositions, providing regular analysis on market trends to inform the overall operations team.
  • Build and maintain both active and passive candidate talent pools whilst aligning talent programmes to enable proactive people solutions to be identified.
  • Align attraction and selection processes to reflect the Well Pharmacy employer brand proposition to ensure we are positioned in the market as an employer of choice.
  • Utilising both online (social channels, careers website, job board/employer platforms) and offline/internal channels to ensure we portray a consistent and compelling brand message beyond the traditional job advert.
  • Deploy a variety of attraction methods to attract candidates with the right talent, skills, behaviours and values to Well Pharmacy including: internal mobility, internal networks, Locums, social media, recruitment marketing, advertising, direct sourcing (headhunting, networking etc), local and national partnerships and events.
  • Work with the Resourcing Manager and other Resourcing & Talent Specialists as well as the wider People function to review, develop, maximise efficiencies and improve processes delivered through technology solutions (ATS) and offline ways of working.
  • Maintain an overview of all recruitment undertaken at Well Pharmacy, produce reports and statistics as required focussed on recruitment and retention as well as make recommendations for change.
  • Ensure all recruitment & selection and development processes are followed and adhere to legal, policy and compliance requirements.
  • Ensures all Home Office requirements are met, documented, and followed, identifying any risks are escalated.
