Description:
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 5 years successful track record in an IT recruitment capacity with at least 2 years at Manager level.
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet targets.
- Experience in an agency/consultancy environment required
- People management experience and expertise essential
- Experience in strategic planning & execution
- Experience with negotiation, conflict management and change management
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and best practice approaches, and e-recruitment tools and systems
Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
This role is responsible for leading the ITR recruitment team as well as Account management responsibility for a small number of accounts.
The Resourcing Manager will provide leadership and co-ordination of our IT Resourcing recruiter & admin teams, in order to achieve our aligned business goals. This role will be responsible for developing a supportive and engaging working environment which will enable the team to deliver strong performance and achieve set targets. The Resourcing Manager will lead a team that is capable of delivering in line with projected growth whilst also ensuring an acceptable return to the business.
In parallel, the Resourcing Manager will have responsibility for a number of Accounts and will manage the day-to-day operation of those accounts to achieve agreed annual KPI targets. This position needs to be a strong advocate for best-in-class methods & procedures, driving the necessary culture of excellence across both aspects of the role.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management & Development
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, setting clear goals and expectations and development plans to ensure the team is high-performing and engaged.
Operational Management
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including client relationships, workflows, work allocation, candidate pipelines and SLAs. Ensure high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the Company’s interests.
- Ensure that customer expectations are being met, consistently and professionally, in accordance with agreed SLA’s and that the team are always providing quality customer care
Partner with internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to ensure delivery of all resourcing requirementsResponsibility for the design and implementation of standard operating procedures within the division
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop marketing initiatives and events to support the resourcing effort in conjunction with the marketing department
- Identify and nurture new opportunities within our client base and internally within Ergo
Client Relationship Management/Account Management
- Establish strong business relationships with our Clients
Vendor Management
- Manage and review vendors to optimise the delivery, quality and cost effectiveness of vendor services
- Ensure the best use of resourcing platforms and licences, manage renewals and QBR’s
Budget & Reporting
- Devise the annual resourcing budget and manage to this, tracking costs, commissions and other expenses.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
