Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Lionbridge is seeking an innovative and results-driven Global Resourcing Manager to lead our talent sourcing efforts for AI data training projects. You will be responsible for attracting and managing diverse participants for various AI data collection initiatives, including language modelling and video recording. The ideal candidate has strong high-volume recruitment experience, excellent project and process management skills, and a passion for client and candidate satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to attract candidates for AI data training projects.
- Team Building and Management: Build, manage, and mentor a remote team of sourcing professionals in multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Lead Sourcing Efforts: Optimize job boards, social media, and other channels to build a robust pipeline of participants.
- Outreach and Engagement: Collaborate with universities, local organizations, and online communities to expand the candidate pool.
- Campaign Management: Design targeted recruitment campaigns, including job posts, social media content, and digital ads.
- Participant Experience: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all candidates, maintaining engagement throughout their participation.
- Data & Analytics: Track sourcing metrics, evaluate success, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Project and Process Management: Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Handle Multiple Conflicting Priorities: Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
