In Resourcing, we source and acquire skilled and capable people to suit our business needs and requirements. At DHL Supply Chain, our Regional and Central resourcing teams focus on internal and external appointments at all levels - from Colleague to Executive, across the regions for both Operational and Functional roles. The Resourcing Centre is here to help the DHL Supply Chain business with all of their resourcing needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Manager to manage all Senior Operational recruitment & appointments.
Reporting to The Head of Operational Resourcing, The Resourcing Manager in the Senior Ops space will collaborate with stakeholders, including directors, VPs and board members, across all Business Units. Keen to find out more?
Managing stakeholders and building long-lasting relationships will be crucial for success in this role. Understanding stakeholder needs, prioritising workloads, managing expectations, and delivering on promises are essential skills required. The role goes beyond finding and hiring candidates and includes value-added tasks such as educating stakeholders on new processes and ways of working for efficiency and accuracy. You will also be involved in pipelining, performance reviews, succession planning, employee development, and everyday recruitment needs.

Other key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key recruitment service users.
  • Pro-actively working to attract and directly source top quality candidates and build candidate talent pools.
  • Utilising all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline.
  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management.
  • Working with Senior Stakeholders on all recruitment related activities including market mapping, talent development, pipelining & sourcing.
  • Building effective relationships with the internal stakeholders to fully understand the needs of the business.
  • Identifying & communicating continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  • Acting as trusted partner in regards to all hiring related matters.
  • Tracking & logging all recruitment activity accurately on the Recruitment Tracking tool.
  • Regularly updating all hiring managers on the status of your allocated requisitions with accurate reporting.
  • Working with the wider Resourcing & Talent teams.
