JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Resourcing & Training Coordinator EDC Operations ensures the most efficient and cost-effective resource planning to process the in- &
outgoing workload planned by the in-and outbound warehouse planning departments.
This person will also be responsible for setting up the complete training landscape for DC Olen. In this aspect, he/she will take up a critical
role within the process of continuous skills development for all warehouse employees.
The Resourcing & Training Coordinator EDC Operations reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective resource planning to process the in- & outgoing workload, as planned by the warehouse planning departments.
- Setting up the complete training landscape for DC Olen, including continuous follow-up on progress and regular reporting.
- Taking up a critical role in the BD Excellence Program “People”, with a focus on coaching and training of all warehouse teams.
