Description:
To work as member of a highly specialist community respiratory team providing care for patients with chronic respiratory conditions To provide assessment and management for patients who require pulmonary rehabilitation, home oxygen therapy and COPD case management. As a respiratory physiotherapist and a member of the multidisciplinary team, contribute to the development of the respiratory services. Triage referrals and assess patients, in providing exercise classes and deliver educational sessions, to chronic respiratory patients. Adhere to PR Quality Standards and PR Guidelines in care of patient.
Provide evidence based individualized exercise prescriptions, and progression of exercise within PR classes. Please refer to the attached job description for full list ofresponsibilities
